DJs Download Conditions
We permit each member to download the mp3-files from our DJ-PromoPool and to save a copy from it. This a free feature for each member. This copy is to be played explicitly in the club or radio. Each download is provided with an unmistakable brand, which shows, who the owner of the file is. We do not permit each member to give a copy of the mp3-file or also the burned medium to other persons. Each offence leads to an immediate exclusion from the DJ-League as well as a message to the responsible label. Please handle carefully with the files, and always considers the principle: “Copy Kills Music”. All permissions of the tracks, that were uploaded from labels, promoter, artist, etc., are available and were collected by the DJ-League office. If we will get promo-vinyls from the lables in the future (because of our common feedback) those of you will preferred, who have done the evaluations in regular terms. In case of this it doesn’t matter how many stars You have given to the mp3-files. To be fair, this evaluation will be done automatically and is not determined by us.

Label & Promoter Upload Conditions
The client / uploader shares the uploaded tracks with the DJ-League and its members. The members will use these tracks for promotional use (Club/Radio Airplay & Mixtape). It’s not allowed to upload files which might cause damage of existing rights and laws. In case of law and rights voilantations the client / uploader is responsible for any kind of lawsuits not the DJ-League and its members. The DJ-League reserves the right to delete files which are illegal at any time when they damage existing laws/rights . No claims/charges can/will be made against the DJ-League and its members at any time. These terms of conditions are valid all the time and in all cases worldwide and sets lawsuits under german rights in Germany.
